每个人都有自己爱或恨的权力所以我们不能逼人家选了爱还是恨。有些他们是一个很好的朋友 可是却当不了一个好爸爸，有些是很好的男友 不过对朋友两字人见人跑 简单来说 他可能是一个好朋友 一个好爸爸 所以你有你的权力去爱他 可是对他的老婆来说 他只是一个背叛老婆的老公 人渣 所以他老婆也有自己的权力去恨他呀。爱恨是分得很清清楚楚 你有自己的权力爱他  我也有我的权力恨他， 我们来讲一个故事：有两个姐妹 姐姐是一个人见人爱的人 妹妹呢是普通普通的。在外面每个人都喜欢她姐姐 长得漂亮，懂事，又很礼貌 谁不喜欢呢 可是在她妹妹的心里 她只是一个狐狸 一个狠心的姐姐 ，经常欺负妹妹 妒忌妹妹 总只是一个很差的姐姐。所以妹妹心里存着恨姐姐的权力，过后姐姐才发现自己已经做的不对 慢慢的改 慢慢的好好对待妹妹 可是妹妹心里的恨不是一天两天能的解决呀 有一天姐姐的男朋友来跟妹妹说 ［你为什么那么恨你自己的姐姐呢 ］她对你做错了什么？妹妹一句不说 姐姐男友继续：你姐姐是一个好人，懂事，礼貌 每个人都喜欢她 你是不是对你姐妒忌 妹妹回：你有你的权力去爱你的女朋友 我有我的权力恨我自己的姐姐。她姐姐是一个好的女友 好的朋友 好的同事 却没办法做一个好的姐姐 从那个故事来说 ［爱恨］每个人都有自己的权力 你不能逼人家喜欢 他们不喜欢的人啊 或者逼人家去恨他们爱的人呀。爱－恨 只有他们心里才清楚的。
